In the R&D center in Pilsen, we develop unique and reliable equipment for industrial automation. Be a part of it if you are well versed in Linux and want the equipment designed and implemented by you to work reliably for decades in the best automatic operations in the world. Software and firmware development is completely under our control and we hand over completed projects to colleagues in Germany for distribution to end customers. What will be your responsibilities?

Design and development of a reliable embedded Linux system on x86
Configuration, security, development of drivers and applications for Linux OS
Design and implementation of SW for unique HW within the Siemens PLC family

Implementation of communication between Linux OS and PLC series S7-1500
Automation of project compilation, CI/CD

What should you possess?

Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system
Experience from commercial project development
Basic knowledge of Bash scripts
Experience with project management in git

Experience with Linux OS modification (kernel compilation, Linux drivers, Init system, systemd, ...) - an advantage
Experience with real-time application development - an advantage
Knowledge of C, C++, Python and Go - an advantage
