Technical Project Leader for Customized Automation Projects

Do you have a good embedded development background? Would you like to move from development to leading a team or even a project? Or simply do you search for the new challenges in these areas? If so, join our team responsible for developing digital industries products customized to specific end-customer requirements. Development process includes software, hardware, mechanical design, and manufacturing. Our projects can vary from integration of new components over construction of unique hardware to development of original customer solutions. Our typical products are industry and medical HMI panels, control and I/O devices, industrial PCs, or operator panels.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • embedded development in C/C++
  • creation and design of software architecture and its implementation
  • international cooperation with other colleagues from different areas of development - hardware, test, mechanics, project management and production
  • cooperation with HW developers in commissioning prototypes
  • collaboration on DevOps activities (CI/CD, Test Automation)
  • you will learn to understand HW design and modern fieldbuses
  • managing small projects or parts of a large project (we have the experience, if you have the will, we will train you)
  • technical leadership and management of the development team (FW / Test)
  • personal development and competence building within the team (we have experience if you have the will, we will train you)

What should you possess?

  • experience with embedded development in C/C++
  • knowledge of ARM Cortex M/A architecture
  • basic knowledge of HW
  • experience with development methods, e.g. Agile & Lean, TDD, DevOps, Continuous Integration
  • good knowledge of English
  • desire to learn and develop your knowledge
